The BP-200, Ag+
column provides rapid oligosaccharide separations. This low cross-linked
styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer resin in the silver form is stable and can
resolve saccharides as large as DP-12. This column is useful in the
carbohydrate industry to determine hydrolyzates in the conversion of corn syrup
to fermentable carbohydrates.
